Adventures in Clay: with Potter, Lolita Demers:
Session 2 is a 2-day class which meets on Tuesday afternoon from 1pm to 4pm, in day 1, students will create an animal sculpture such as a squirrel, raccoon or a cat etc. using the pinch pot and molding techniques. In day 2 students will add color and glaze.. If you have ever worked in clay, you know wet clay must dry before it can be fired or baked, then it can be glazed and fired again to set the glaze. These classes are designed for ages 10 through 14. the cost is $60 for both days and includes all materials. Instructor will be notify students when they can pick up their art on a date to be announced after second firing is finished
